The Software team is responsible for all the support, training, analysis and other activities required to make the best use of our applications
Our consultants will be able to support you on any requests to provide deeper insights on the functioning of our software, to clarify any issues that have arisen during the use of our applications, or to train new figures that have joined your company.
The services described above are divided into two main areas:
- Software SUPPORT: team of operators providing remote software supportservices.
- Software DELIVERY: team of application consultants who provide all the other services, either remotely or on-site, by prior appointment such as, for example: training, coaching, analysis, etc.
This organisation ensures effective and targeted support, distinguishing between the services included in your fee, provided by the Support area, and those activated on demand, provided by the Delivery area.
