The App Systems & Cloud team is composed of expert technicians who take care of the systems side by safeguarding the environments where our applications are installed, as well as managing all the services related to and associated with the cloud servers.
Typical activities include those related to installation, reinstallation, set-up, tuning, and updating of Leviahub software applications, as well as services related to the maintenance or restoration of server- and client-side applications, configuration of users, remote access, peripheral devices, FTP environments, and cloud environments.
The service is divided into two main areas of operation:
- App Systems & Cloud SUPPORT: this provides a help desk service that can respond to you, remotely, on issues related to the systems part of your software applications and the cloud part of your software in SAAS/IAAS.
- App Systems & Cloud DELIVERY: this offers qualified technical service that can support you in all your management software installation, reinstallation, upgrade and configuration needs. By appointment only.
This department ensures effective and targeted support, distinguishing between the services included in your fee, provided by the Support area, and those activated on demand, provided by the Delivery area.
