The service is divided into two main areas of operation:

• Systems SUPPORT: provides a help desk service that can respond to you, remotely, on issues related to your company’s hardware infrastructure or to its internal information systems.
• Systems DELIVERY: offers qualified technical service that can support you in all your company’s hardware infrastructure and internal information systems needs (maintenance, installation, reinstallation, etc.). By appointment only.
