The Systems DELIVERYdepartment.
consists of a team of experienced systems engineers specialising in the technical management of IT infrastructure and services.
It deals with the set of activities of deployment, configuration, and operational release of infrastructure components and IT systems to deliver to the customer functioning, secure, and ready-to-use environments.

Thanks to the activities of this department, an IT infrastructure, operating system, middleware, application platform, or virtual environment is designed, installed, configured, tested, and brought into operation in a manner that conforms to customer or design requirements.

It is the point of reference for all technical needs that do not require urgent action but are fundamental to ensuring business continuity and proper management of the IT infrastructure.

The department is proactive: Delivery comes to the rescue when you have a problem or need and plans the activities. By appointment only.

The services are provided on appointment only, with the possibility to intervene remotely (online) or at your location (on-site), as required.

How to access it: Select the “Systems – Delivery ” web ticket area in the Leviahub Support portal.

The ticket could have the following priorities:

  • Normal: ordinary reports and requests
  • Blocking: Reports and requests that are critical and impede operations
  • Priority (*): Standard or blocking reports and requests where rapid ticket handling is essential (within 1H of submission)

(*) Priority service is an extra option with a charge, as per the Service Charter.

Processing time: Within 16 business hours
Typical requests:
  • Installation/Reinstallation/Maintenance and configuration of servers (physical and virtual)
  • Installation/Reinstallation/Maintenance and client configuration (desktop and notebook)
  • Installation/Reinstallation/Maintenance and configuration of antivirus, antispam and firewall
  • Installation/Maintenance and configuration of e-mail and certified e-mail services, and collaboration tools
  • Installation/Reinstallation/Maintenance and configuration of software-based switchboard systems.
  • Installation and configuration of backup systems
  • Configuration of domain user accesses and permissions
  • Installation, configuration and implementation of cyber security systems
  • Updating device firmware
  • Scheduled periodic maintenance (in general)
  • Installation of new devices
  • Application of security policies (patching, auditing, logging, etc.).
